This small town Naga designer made it big at Lakme Fashion Week in 2012 when he set up his first collection called “Immortal”. After graduating from International Institute of Fashion Design, Bandra, he worked on his own collection, which had deep influences from his roots in Nagaland. With his electrifying cuts and wraps, he takes back the traditional weaves with a wrench. His love for leather and his badass attitude is what makes him one of the most non-conformist designers of the industry.
AtsuSekhose launched his eponymous collection in 2007 with a philosophy encompassing modern opulence, ineffable style and a zealous sense of glamour. His designs are extensively featured for the covers of ELLE, Harper’s Bazaar, and Femina. In his past few Pret collections he made an effort to conserve and re-imagine the ethnic couture from Northeast India andAtsu was awarded the prestigious Governors Award 2013 for “Distinction in the field of Art (Fashion Design)” for this effort. The India Today magazine has voted Atsu as one of the “Change Makers of Delhi”.

Popularly known as Sailex N. G., he was an alumnus of Domus Academy in Milan and NIFT, India. Raised by a mother who was a designer, he was exposed to the fashion world at a very young age; he learnt sewing at the age of eight! He launched his first women’s wear label named “Sailex” in 2008 at the Lakme Fashion Week’s Gen Next Platform. His designs are worn by celebrities in India and the world. Sailex’s precision cuts and silhouettes makethem exude sensuality and femininity.
